PerfumeLive.com ships only within Continental United States.

Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Ground Shipping:

  • This shipping method allows packages to arrive on Monday to Saturday.
  • This shipping method is available for shipments within Continental U.S., including P.O. Boxes addresses.
  • This shipping method excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages with content exceeding 96 ounces of liquid or 25 lbs.
  • Takes 3 to 9 Business days for packages to be delivered.

Express Shipping:

  • This shipping method allows packages to arrive on Monday to Saturday.
  • This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S. addresses only.
  • This shipping method excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages with content exceeding 96 ounces of liquid or 25 lbs.
  • Takes 2 to 5 Business days for package to be delivered.

Free or Promotional Shipping:

  • Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only.
  • FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
  • Total of order is after all discounts and before any tax, shipping, or gift-wrap charges. No exceptions!

Processing Time:

  • Most orders placed and payment verified by 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day. In order to provide our customers with excellent service, we process orders using an automated system; therefore orders cannot be modified after they are placed. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
  • Order received after 3pm Eastern Time is processed next business day.
  • Order received on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays are processed on Monday or next business day.
  • Order shipment can be delayed or order can be cancelled, if order is flagged by our fraud prevention tool, some common trigger are shipping address is different from billing address or value of order is larger than average orders we receive.

Business Days:

  • Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • On occasion a package might be delivered on Saturday to a residence if scheduled for Monday delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

Additional Information:

  • In the event that your item(s) is/are unavailable, a Customer Care Representative will contact you.
  • All deliveries are subject to the carrier's Terms & Conditions.
  • (NOTE: Certain circumstances and weather conditions may delay shipping or delivery.)
  • Please make sure that you have entered correct Shipping Address at the checkout, we will not make any changes to shipping address once your order is confirmed.
  • Shipment returned back to us due to an error in shipping address provided, package not being claimed by the receiver, package is refused, and / or after 2 delivery attempts, in that case, purchaser will be responsible for original shipping fees we paid and for any shipping fees charged for package being returned back to our facility, those orders will be considered as returned and purchaser will be refunded their purchase prices LESS $5.95 or Actual shipping fees we paid whichever is higher.

Returns:

  • IMPORTANT RETURN NOTICE: The addressee in not authorized to re-mail the content of the parcel via air transportation, must be mailed via surface transportation.
  • "Flammable liquids or solids contained in these packages may be mailed only by consumers (the addressee) via surface transportation in accordance with USPS Publication 52, section 343. Full responsibility rests with the mailer to comply with all postal and nonpostal statutes and regulations regarding mail. Information regarding postal statutes, regulations, and mailing requirements is available from your local Postmaster or district manager, Business Mail Entry, and at the Postal Service's mailing standards website, Postal Explorer, at http://pe.usps.com/.".

Hazardous Materials:

  • Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

Damage Claims:

  • Our warehouse team personally packs and double-checks every order using the most secure and efficient delivery systems. But we understand that from time to time, items get damaged during shipping and transportation.
  • If you’ve received a damaged product, please visit our contact us page or email us to access a member of our customer service department. We will contact Package Carrier for you.
  • Please keep all damaged products, packaging materials and packing slips for at least 15 days or otherwise instructed, as a proof of your claim.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages, damages after that package is already delivered.

International:

  • PerfumeLive.com does not ship to international addresses or addresses outside of Continental US. We are unable to ship out of the US and are unable to accept credit cards issued out of the US.

  • Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address.
