If you are not completely satisfied with a PerfumeLive purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

TIME LIMIT ON RETUNS:

  • Product must be returned within 30 Business Days from Delivery Date. No Returns after 30 Business Days from Delivery Date. Restrictions and fees apply. Please see details below.
  • Items may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the delivered date. Items shipped to PerfumeLive outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.
  • Defective product - Receiver must notify PerfumeLive via email within 3 business days of receiving any defective item(s) in order to receive free replacements. And return package must be provided to carrier within 7 days of receiving shipping label from PerfumeLive. Failing to do so will imply that receiver is accepting to keep the product as received.
  • Damaged product - Receiver must notify PerfumeLive via email within 3 business days of receiving any damaged item(s) in shipment to receive free replacements. Please keep damaged product must safely stored with its box and packaging material for at least 7 days of, So carrier can inspect the package if needed. Failing to do so will imply that receiver is accepting to keep the product as received.

WHO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unless the order had merchandise with manufacturer’s defects. Of course if we make a mistake on your order we will correct it immediately and beg for your forgiveness and try our hardest to make it up to you.

POLICY DETAILS:

  • Please return product in New Condition, i.e. unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition as shipped within 30 days from Delivered date for a full refund.
  • Return Authorization (RA#) is required.
  • You must return the free gift with purchase that you received as a part of your order. failing to return Free gift with purchase may result in deduction of its value from final return value.
  • You are only refunded final product price you paid and NOT purchase shipping costs or gift wrapping charges you may have paid with original order.

ADDITIONAL RETURN NOTES:

  • Any returns without RA# will be assessed 15% restocking fee.
  • Any returns with opened merchandise will be assessed 15% restocking fee.
  • No Returns accepted if product is used.
  • Please note that RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
  • All exchanged/ returned merchandise MUST BE in an original company carton, including all packaging materials. Please do not dent, damage or tear cellophane or box, nor apply any tape on product. We reserve right to refuse any such return.
  • To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. And Included Original Packing List.
  • Shipment returned back to us due to an error in shipping address provided, package not being claimed by the receiver, package is refused, and or after 2 delivery attempts, purchaser will be responsible for original shipped fee we paid and for any shipping fees back to our facility, will be considered as returned and purchaser will be refunded their purchase prices LESS $5.95 or Actual shipping fees we paid whichever is higher.

RETURNING ITEM FROM GROUPED PROMOTION (EX: FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE, BUY ONE GET ONE)

When purchasing items as part of Free Gift With Purchase promotion. if you choose to return the product you must return any or all free items that were associated with that product purchase. Failing to return any or all free gift with purchase will result in deduction of retail value associated with free product from final return value. if you choose to return only the free gift you received with purchase, it will have no $ value.

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, then you must return both for a refund. If you only return one, there's no refund, only a replacement if it's faulty. If it's faulty and PerfumeLive have no more, you get store credit based on the promotional discount; on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately or if the return value of each item is indicated in the invoice.

Here are some store credit examples:

  • Buy One, Get One Free: Ex: If your first qualifying item is $50 and your second qualifying item is $40, both items will be discounted by $20 for a total discount of $40. If either item is returned, the credit value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by $20.
  • Buy One, Get One 50% Off: If your first qualifying item is $50 and your second qualifying item is $40, both items will be discounted by $10 for a total discount of $20. If either item is returned, the credit value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by $10.

RETRUN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Write RA# on Packing List.
  • Place your merchandise in the original shipping box with packing material and original Packing List, and carefully pack the Box. If you are using your own Box and Packing material then please pack in sturdy shipping box with cushion, bubble wrap or packing peanuts to prevent damage in transit.
  • Once ready to ship. Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail).
  • RETURN PRODUCTS TO PERFUMELIVE.COM BY GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS - Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.
  • Any products damaged in shipment to us or lost packages are customer’s responsibility. We recommend using Ground Service “Insured” to cover the value of your product.

RETURN NOTIFICATION & PROCESSING TIME:

  • we will notify you via email when we have processed your order and issued a refund. You can also login to your Perfumelive.com account, click order status and look up your order for the return status.
  • Please allow us 30 business days for receiving and processing your online order return.
  • Credit will appear on your account within 7-10 days after we processed your return. Credit will appear on your statement within two billing periods depending on your billing cycle.
  • Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

PAYMENT CREDIT:

  • Refunds are issued in form of Original payment when paid by Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay.
  • if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
  • Orders placed using a gift card or Store Credit and returned to the PerfumeLive.com will receive a new e-gift card for the return value.
  • Hold onto your PerfumeLive Gift Card until you receive your entire order or after you confirmed your satisfaction with the goods after receiving you entire order; as we If we can't fulfill the portion of your order that was paid for with your Gift Card, we'll return the money to it..

REFUNDING SHIPPING FEE:

  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
  • If an order is upgraded to free we will deduct the actual shipping fee (what we paid the carrier.)

REFUNDING OTHER CHARGES OR FEE: Ex GIFT WRAP CHARGES

  • We regret that we are unable to refund any gift wrapping charges or other charges you paid as an extra service as part of order, if applicable, unless we made an error.
  • If we made an error in Extra Service we are only liable to refund amount of fee or charges of that specific service.

EXCHANGES:

  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.

RETURNING A GIFT :

  • If you are returning a gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please contact us and inform us so we may process your return accordingly.
  • Failing to notify is regarding the gift return we will refund the payment to original purchaser as per our normal practice.
  • Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time on PerfumeLive.com
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY:

  • Non-refundable items due to health and hygiene purposes - Skin Care products, body care products, makeup and other cosmetics. We do not allow exchanges or refunds for any products which you have an allergic reaction too.

CHANGES TO THE RETUN POLICY:

  • We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time without notice to you.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the updated return Policy. Our Return Policy may change in the future. You should review our Return policy periodically so that you keep up-to-date on our most current practices. We will note the effective date of the latest version at the top of each policy.
